Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Drive Evolution ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you play the Game on your Android device. Drive Evolution is developed by FLACE Studio. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Drive Evolution does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. Most of the information described below is collected automatically by the Game and its third-party service providers to keep the Game running, measure performance, and show ads.
Information We Collect
Depending on the services enabled in the Game, the following types of information may be collected automatically:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, screen resolution, and hardware/performance tier, used to run the Game smoothly on your device.
- Advertising identifiers — such as your Google Advertising ID (GAID), used by ad networks to serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
- Gameplay and usage data — in-game progress, session length, and distance reached, used to improve the Game and understand how it's played. Drive Evolution has no in-app purchases, so no payment or billing information is collected.
- Approximate location — general, non-precise location (e.g. country or region) derived from IP address, used for analytics and to serve region-appropriate ads.
- Crash and diagnostic data — technical logs sent automatically if the Game crashes or encounters an error, used to fix bugs and improve stability.
We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information through the Game itself, unless you voluntarily provide it by contacting us directly (see "Contact Us" below).
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Game and its features
- To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs or crashes
- To display advertisements and measure their performance
- To understand aggregate player behavior (e.g. which levels are popular, where players drop off)
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, or security issues
Third-Party Services
Drive Evolution uses Unity Ads to serve in-game advertisements. Unity Ads collects information such as your advertising identifier (GAID), device information, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. Unity Technologies processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
Drive Evolution does not use any other advertising networks, and does not offer in-app purchases — no payment or billing data is collected by the Game.
Children's Privacy
Drive Evolution is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the Game is configured for a Designed for Families or mixed-audience listing on Google Play, ad serving and data collection are adjusted to comply with applicable child-directed advertising laws (such as COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Data Retention & Security
We retain automatically collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, such as analytics and ad performance. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, though no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Your Rights & Choices
- Ad personalization — you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device's Settings > Google > Ads.
- Data access or deletion requests — depending on your region (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your device. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
- Uninstalling the Game — removing the Game from your device stops all further local data collection by the Game itself.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our practices, or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
