1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drive Evolution ("the Game"), developed by FLACE Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Game.
2. Eligibility
The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (commonly 13, but this varies by region), you should only use the Game with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and in accordance with their consent.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms. This license does not give you any ownership of the Game, its code, art, or other content.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Game
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part of it
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Use any automated system (bots, scripts, cheats, exploits) to interact with the Game
4. No In-App Purchases
Drive Evolution does not currently offer any in-app purchases or real-money transactions. All content in the Game is free to access through normal gameplay.
5. Advertising
The Game displays advertisements served through Unity Ads. By using the Game, you acknowledge that ads may be shown during gameplay, and that Unity Technologies processes certain data to serve and measure those ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game only for its intended entertainment purpose, and not to engage in any behavior that disrupts the Game's operation, exploits bugs for unfair advantage, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the Game.
7. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, graphics, characters, sound, and all other content, is owned by FLACE Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLACE Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Changes to the Game or These Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
